Legal training on LGBT rights on 10 February 2011 in Belgium

The legal training is organised in partnership with Equal-Jus and aimed at legal experts and practitioners working in the field of equality and having an interest in the existing legal protection from discrimination based upon sexual orientation.

The training will review recent EU case law and address topical issues such as sexual orientation & migration. Experts in the field will deliver lectures on specific legal matters with regard to LGBT rights and the Belgian context. Moreover participants will have the opportunity to debate ideas and perspectives throughout the afternoon.
