Participants are expected to be able to follow the training and to communicate efficiently in English. Accommodation requirements and needs I will need accommodation on: Wednesday 28 April 2010 Thursday 29 April 2010 Hotel costs will be covered by Equinet for the duration of the training (two nights - 28 & 29 April). Any additionnal stay will be at your own expense (80 GBP per night per room, Bed and Breakfast). Other comments or needs regarding the hotel / room booking (extra night(s) at your own cost...). Flight information (participants are expected to make their own flight arrangements) Please note that Equinet will cover the costs of participants’ flights up to a maximum ceiling of 350 euro. If you are unable to find a cheaper flight, please contact the Secretariat for assistance (registration@equineteurope.org). Flights with a cost exceeding 350 euro will be fully reimbursed only if they were first green-lighted by the Equinet Secretariat prior to firm booking. A detailed programme of the event will soon be made available but we can already tell participants that the training is foreseen to end on friday 30 April at lunchtime (around 1 pm local Belfast time).
