Competences and responsibilities: No obligatory decisions, issuing opinions and advice to the public administration and private sector. The Commissioner can file charges and misdemeanors to the court. It can also initiate mediation processes.  
         
Main activities: Discrimination cases, prevention of discrimination, informing public on discrimination in the country

Promotion of equality: Media, publications in the future, workshops and panels around the country, reports.
