The Board

The members of the Equinet Executive Board are elected by the general assembly of Equinet members every two years during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Following the adoption of new election procedures at the 2010 AGM, the Executive Board is now composed of 9 members. The current members of the EQUINET Executive Board, who were elected at the 2011 AGM for the 2011-2013 mandate, are:

The Equinet Executive Board has appointed Ms. Therese Spiteri as the new Equinet Treasurer, and Mr. Niall Crowley (Independent Expert) as Board Advisor, for the duration of the current Board's mandate (2011-2013). 

The Executive Board operates on the basis of the business plan and budget agreed by the Equinet members and discusses and takes decisions on the management and operational structure for the period of their mandate (2011 - 2013).
