Age, Gender and Performer Employment in Europe

The European Group of FIA brings together national Actors’ Unions from 26 member States and several candidate and EFTA countries. The report is the outcome of an ambitious reporting exercise that sought to capture a snapshot of the experience of performers across Europe in relation to how their age and gender profile impacts on their employment opportunities
