EU-MIDIS 'Data in Focus Report 2: Muslims', the FRA report on discrimination against Muslims

The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) has recently released the 'Data in Focus Report 2: Muslims', a report on discrimination against Muslims in the EU. This study is part of the first ever EU-wide survey on immigrant and ethnic minority groups’ experiences of discrimination and racist crime (“EU MIDIS”). The findings reveal an under-reporting of incidents and a lack of trust in public authorities. The report brings also a new light on the popular assumptions about the identity of Muslim groups and their experiences of discrimination.
