Compendium - case law of the Bulgarian Commission for Protection against Discrimination

The Bulgarian Commission for Protection against Discrimination published a compendium of case law. The document, available in English, presents 32 decisions pronounced between 2006 and 2008 on cases of great importance for Bulgarian society on grounds such as age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, disability and multiple discrimination.

Although some of decisions mentioned in the document are still not final at the time of the compendium's release, all these decisions bring a significant contribution towards a better understanding of key concepts and the creation of an effective national anti-discrimination case law in Bulgaria.
