HALDE Conference: “Situation testing: Practices and perspectives” - 11 December 2009

The French High Commission against Discrimination and for Equality (HALDE) is organising a one-day conference on situation testing. The event will be held in Paris on 11 December 2009.

During the conference, participants will be able to grasp the context of situation testing at national level thanks to the sharing of experience from various European-based organisations. A plenary session will be dedicated to the review of judicial and sociological situation testing methodologies. The final plenary session will touch upon the legal constraints and the perspectives for further development of situation testing.

EQUINET will actively contribute to the conference of its French member as Anne Gaspard, EQUINET Executive Director, will act as a moderator for one of the morning sessions.
