Equinet's Dynamic Interpretation Working Group and Bjorn Dilou Jacobsen report on equality bodies' ability to influence the interpretation of national and EU anti-discrimination law.The main conclusions presented in this publication are drawn from a survey carried amongst 25 members of Equinet in Spring 2010.
