FRA launches new website

October 1st 2012
The FRA’s newly launched website contains upgraded navigation and introduces a range of new features that should enable visitors to have a more user-friendly experience.

The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) is one of the EU’s specialised agencies. These agencies are set up to provide expert advice to the institutions of the EU and the Member States on a range of issues. FRA helps to ensure that the fundamental rights of people living in the EU are protected.

In addition to a new design, FRA has also introduced the following new features to its website:

- Thematic access to FRA evidence-based advice;
- Comprehensive coverage of all FRA data collection and analysis including projects and surveys;
- Filtered content by theme, date, related Charter of Fundamental Rights Chapters, etc.;
- Easy access to the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in all official languages on mobile devices;
- Biographies of FRA experts;
- Better search and navigation;
- Downloadable images for the media;
- Enhanced video and photo galleries.
