UNAR Annual Report 2006

This report, presented in 2007 to the Italian Parliament and Government, provides a general overview of the effective application of the principle of equal treatment in Italy as well as the figures related to anti-discrimination policies in the field of inter-ethnic relations.

The report contains detailed quantitative data recorded in the UNAR database relating to free legal assistance for victims of discrimination, positive actions and awareness raising campaigns in schools, universities and sports for the period from 1 January to 31 to December 2006.
