New Hungarian Constitution underway

In Hungary the drafting process for a new constitution is underway. The HungarianOmbudsman for Minority Rights has made several recommendations, which seek to strengthen its constitutional role and position, and to safeguard and enhance the independence and mandate of the  Hungarian Parliamentary Commissioner for the Rights of National and Ethnic Minorities
