FRA release flagship annual report

The European Agency for Fundamental Rights has released its flagship Annual Report - Fundamental rights: challenges and achievements in 2010.

The FRA Annual Report presents the developments that have taken place in fundamental rights in 2010, the first year in which the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights has been legally binding for EU Member States.
