Three search functions

1. Documentation Freeword Search:

AND is the default. That is, a search for dog and cat returns all messages that contain those words anywhere.

QUOTES (") allow searches for phrases. That is, a search for "dog cat" returns all messages that contain that exact phrase, with space.

MINUS (-) eliminates words. That is, a search for dog and -cat returns all messages that contain dog but not cat. You can MINUS a phrase in QUOTES, like dog -"siamese cat".

The Documentation Freeword Search engine is not case-sensitive and searches the entire contents of the summaries (title, author, dates, case reference number, significance, summary, contact information etc.).

                       
2. Documentation Keyword Search:

Select one keyword from ONE OR MORE of the drop down lists and then click 'go'.

The Documentation Keyword Search engine is not case-sensitive and searches the entire contents of the summaries (title, author, dates, case reference number, significance, summary, contact information etc.).

                            
3. General Search:

The general search engine is not case-sensitive and searches the whole website including the documentation summaries (i.e. news, events, publications, documents and documentation summaries)
